Elite Massage Policies
 As a courtesy to other
guests and the therapists, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment time. If you are late for your massage appointment, you will get
only the time you have left but you will be responsible for the full
appointment amount. If you are late, your massage appointment will be held for
ten (10) minutes after your scheduled appointment time (unless you call) and
you will be liable for payment of your missed appointment. If we are
running late, you will still get your full scheduled appointment time.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
When reservations are made, a credit card guarantee or
gift certificate number is retained. We require, if a reservation must
be cancelled, it be done 24 hours prior the scheduled service times.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full service amount will be
billed to the credit card or the gift certificate will be voided.
On appointments booked the same day, there are no changes or
cancellations, so please be certain of your appointment time, especially
before booking a couples massage. Gift
Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift
certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another
individual (excluding certain specials). The expiration date will remain the same.
