Elite Massage Policies
As a courtesy to other
guests and the therapists, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment time. In the event you are late, your massage appointment will be held for
ten (10) minutes after your scheduled appointment time (unless you call) and
you will be liable for payment in full of your missed appointment time.
In the event you are unavoidable late for your appointment, we will make
every effort to provide the services rendered in their entirety. Some
services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled
appointments. If we are
running late, you will still get your full scheduled appointment time.
When reservations are made, a credit card guarantee or
Elite Massage gift certificate number is retained. We require, if a reservation must
be cancelled, it be done 24 hours prior the scheduled service times.
If less than 24 hours notice is given or there is a "No Show", the full service amount will be
billed to the credit card or the gift certificate will be voided.
On appointments booked the same day, there are no changes or
cancellations, so please be certain of your appointment time, especially
before booking a couples massage, spa or bridal package.
Gift
Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift
certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another
individual (excluding certain specials). The expiration date will remain the same.

Instant Gift Certificates
Cell phones/pagers must be turned
to vibrate or off while in the salon. If you must make a call, please
remember that others are getting their treatment and would appreciate a very
quiet voice. Elite Massage is not
responsible for lost or stolen items so please keep your valuables with you
at all times. Insurance - Some
insurance companies cover massage therapy. Currently, we do not bill
insurance but we can provide you with the insurance receipt. It is up
to the individual to find out whether massage therapy is covered by your
policy and to file your own claim paperwork
Management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All prices are subject
to change without prior notification. |
